In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the mpo17 Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of mpo17, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not currently hold, or have previously held, an Account that was suspended or permanently closed by mpo17 for violations of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

mpo17 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in Account suspension and withholding of any Balance pending investigation. If it is determined that a User registered in breach of these eligibility requirements, mpo17 may void all associated wagers and forfeit any winnings without prior notice.

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on mpo17, you are required to register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile number, and a unique email address.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. mpo17 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

mpo17 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Account registration implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy.

All financial transactions on mpo17 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Account tier; current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during operational hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. mpo17 does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

mpo17 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of our AML compliance obligations. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

mpo17 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral incentives, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within their stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• mpo17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring existing obligations to Users who have already claimed the offer in good faith.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.
• mpo17 applies a maximum bet restriction when Bonus Funds are active. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum during an active bonus may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

mpo17 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Conduct deemed to constitute abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using Bonus Funds, collusion between multiple Accounts, creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate Account suspension and permanent forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

mpo17 offers a broad range of betting and gaming products, including sports betting (including bandar bola — Indonesian football bookmaking markets — with Asian handicap, 1X2, and Over/Under lines), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) pools, slot gacor (high-RTP slot games), crash games (Aviator, JetX), and virtual sports. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, accessible from within the respective game or product section of the Platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after submission except where the Platform's cash-out feature is explicitly available and activated by the User before settlement.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifestly incorrect odds displayed on the Platform, mpo17 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts.
• For sports betting, mpo17 follows standard industry settlement rules. Where results are disputed, settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, BWF for badminton).
• mpo17 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the Account of any User who consistently demonstrates patterns of advantage play, odds exploitation, or arbitrage betting at its sole discretion.
• All game outcomes for RNG-based products (slots, virtual sports, RNG table games) are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for all slot titles are independently audited and available on request.

For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, if one or more legs are voided due to postponement, cancellation, or insufficient participants, the bet is recalculated based on the remaining valid legs. A mix parlay with all legs voided will be settled as a refund of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpo17 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interaction.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written authorization from mpo17.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other Users, athletes, officials, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for promotional purposes, coordinated bonus claiming across associated Accounts, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of location obfuscation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mpo17 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

mpo17 employs sophisticated fraud-detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and international gaming regulators in investigating suspected breaches. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited conduct will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software element of the Platform.
• Using any data mining, scraping, or automated data-collection tools on the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, Habanero, Microgaming, and NetEnt) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to mpo17 for display on the Platform. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit such content beyond normal in-browser gameplay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpo17 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

mpo17's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mpo17 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or performance degradation due to third-party infrastructure failures do not constitute grounds for compensation claims. mpo17 will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned maintenance in advance via Platform announcements.

mpo17 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account on mpo17, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

In summary, mpo17 collects personal data — including identity documents (KTP), contact information, financial transaction records, and betting history — for the following purposes:

• Account creation, identity verification (KYC), and ongoing account management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits.
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reporting obligations to our licensing authority.
• Providing customer support and responding to User inquiries.
• Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, prohibited conduct, and unauthorized Account access.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo17 holds its international gaming license. This choice of governing law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections to which you are entitled under the laws of Indonesia.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including their validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via our customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the arbitration body designated by mpo17's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights pending arbitration.
